In a large mixing bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and flour; beat well using a wire whisk. Stir in the zucchini, onion and all the cheeses. Stir well to be sure mixture is well blended. Pour the egg mixture into a 9-inch round quiche dish or deep dish pie plate that has been coated with the nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven, spoon the tomato mixture over the quiche. Cut into nine wedges and serve warm. Enjoy!
