Water loaded with caffeine will only make you thirstier. If you are selecting a flavored water make sure it is non-carbonated. Choose brands that have added vitamins. If youò€™re going to drink water, it might as well have added benefits. You may find water that has B vitamins or vitamin C. Choose a brand that offers the benefits youò€™re looking for. But if you see flavored water is a bit more expensive than flavored drops. Flavor drops require just requires a few drops per serving. Flavor drops dissolve instantly. You can use them for flavor shakes, smoothies, baked goods, water or even fresh brewed Coffee or Tea. All its flavors are free from fats, calories, carbs, sodium and sugars.
