In active immunization, a foreign molecule is introduced in the body to stimulate immune system to protect your body against it. Here, immunity is generated by the T Cells and the B Cells. The whole concept behind active immunization is to inspire your immune system to develop a defense system against a particular molecule or microbe. So, the body may become able to deal with those molecules as they, naturally, enter in your body for the second time. Vaccination is a common technique for immunization which is known as active form of immunization. In passive immunization, some pre-made elements of immune system are injected in the body to see quick results. However, this can not protect your body for a long time as there will be no B Cells to create antibodies. So, it can easily be said that if you want to stay away from certain diseases, then it is momentous to go for immunization.
